FEES APPLICATION FEE
Bycroft Lettings charge a Tenancy Application Fee of £100.00 inclusive of VAT for each tenant. This fee covers the costs of processing your tenancy request and once paid is, in most circumstances, non-refundable. Where a guarantor is required, this will attract an additional charge.

HOLDING DEPOSIT
To secure the property a "holding" deposit, usually equivalent to 50% of one month's rent is required. The holding deposit is refundable if the Landlord withdraws the property, but is not refundable if references are not satisfactory or the tenant withdraws prior to moving in. No further tenants will be shown around the property once a holding deposit is received.

PREPARATION OF LEASE
£100 is payable and usually taken at the time of application. This is refundable if either party withdraws prior to this document being produced.

All charges are payable by cash or debit card to our office.

CHECK OUT FEE
A check out fee of £50 will apply which will be deducted from your deposit at the end of the tenancy.
